Sisters from Delta Chapter at UCLA, like all of Phi Lambda Rho chapters, look to distinguish themselves from other organizations by being a sorority that prides itself in its culture and maintains a positive image on campus and in the community.
Phi Lambda Rho Sorority, Inc. is a Chicana/Latina based sorority which continually strives to fulfill our four objectives:
Academic Excellence
Community Service
Promotion of the Chicana/Latina Culture
Sisterhood
Popularly known as “Rhosas,” “Rhos” or "Mujeres," sisters of Phi Lambda Rho organize and execute events throughout the year, making them an active and professional sorority in the community.
The sorority serves as a retention group for aspiring young women in college who wish to leave
a positive impact in their communities by engaging in service to the community while displaying a sense of cultural pride and fostering life-long bonds.
"It's more than just a sorority,
it's a home away from home."
