How do I determine if I want to join Phi Lambda Rho?
Our organization invites you to attend our events and informationals. These are great ways to explore and ask sisters questions about our sorority. It is also the perfect time to be one-on-one with sisters and to get to know them and their experiences in the organization. Please do not hesitate to contact sisters/organization to ask any questions.
Can I still join if I am not Latina?
Of course! Although we are a Latina based sorority, we recognize the beauty all women possess and welcome those from different cultures to learn and excel as well. This is an organization that is committed in strengthening all young, ambitious women of color to continue pursuing higher education.

What are the requirements for joining Phi Lambda Rho Sorority?
Any interested applicant must be enrolled as a full-time student at a university and have a minimum 2.5 GPA as well as have a sincere interest in Phi Lambda Rho Sorority's objectives.
Is it possible for me to start a chapter on my campus?
We welcome and encourage any women who share a passion for Phi Lambda Rho's objectives to become familiar with our sorority. We first ask that you contact our Board of Directors for further details at: flr.bod.expansion@gmail.com
