The PHInest Sisterhood

"Individually unique, together complete."

Only the PHInest since '93!

Each sister has her own story about how she came to become a part of Phi Lambda Rho.

Some sisters may have already been searching for a sorority. They soon learned that no other organization upheld the same ideals and values that they held true to their heart, in the same way that Phi Lambda Rho did.

Some sisters may have simply wanted to become a part of an organization on campus and quickly found their place within Phi Lambda Rho, which combined everything that they were looking for in an organization.

And, some sisters just happened to stumble upon Phi Lambda Rho, by chance, and joined an organization that could provide sisterhood and a home away from home.

"It's hard to explain, it's just a beautiful bond.
I'm so grateful to be a RHO. "

-ΔΜ #7 Jennifer 'Kiamara' Sanchez

"Phi Lambda Rho has taught me that we are unique Latina women pursuing higher education. Every sister has brought forth
a loving and family-like experience to my life,
and for that, I am grateful."

-ΔΛ #17 Maria 'Mi'Amour' Colindres

Regardless of how they found the sorority, sisters can tell you their own story of how they came to find themselves immersed in a rewarding organization, which became truly meaningful in their lives.

Rhosas everywhere know that a strong sisterhood bond is what helps keep our organization moving forward. Rhosas know that they can rely on one another during the good times and the rough times, no matter what. Rhosas know sisters are more than just friends, they are the women in our lives who know what really matters to us and what is important.

To help foster good, strong, and real sisterhood among Rhosas, Delta Chapter organizes sisterhood retreats, dinners, weekly activities and other celebrations.

Rhosas, from all chapters know that being part of
Phi Lambda Rho Sorority means
being part of a sisterhood for LIFE.

"I saw sisters who went to each other's weddings and baby showers
and said 'I want that'. Now I know I will have the same."

-ΔΜ #17 Jazmin 'Elizha' Muniz
